Before we do, as per our security policies, we ask all visitors to the building to complete this form in as much detail as possible, this is so that we may have you on record for any future visits, as well as to go through a minor security check.

The organisation reserves the right to decline admission whether this form is completed or not without providing reasons for doing so. We will be processing your information in line with our privacy notice, which is available on our website or from our office.
